Business Assistant
Support of the whole financial department, incl. purchasing. Position located at ITS Halle (Saale), Germany
Main Activities:
- Support of the following parts of the financial department: finance, controlling, bookkeeping and purchasing
- Backup in the case of vacancy, sickness and / or other absence
Main Responsibilities:
- Support invoice workflow
- Asset management (in the case of keep this in the books)
- Assignment of grants and check of possibilities
- Central contract file
- Recherché of potential vendors / bid solicitation
- Backup for the Accountant and Payroll
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training (Industrial business management assistance; Assistant tax consultant etc.)
- Broad business knowledge necessary
- IT experience: MS Office
- Practical experience with financial software (DATEV, SAGE, Addisson etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Personal skills: team player, diligence, analytic, committed, drive & high integrity
Conditions:
- Fulltime, unlimited contract
- Location: Halle (Saale) and adjoining municipals
- Possibility to enter one of the departments (growth up position: Accountant, Payroll etc.)
