Payroll Assistant
Response, management and conduct of payroll activities for all companies of our subgroup. Position located at ITS Halle (Saale),
Germany
Main Activities:
- Response, management and conduct of payroll activities for all companies of our subgroup, based on current status of payroll-,
social insurance and labour law
- Independently preparing of all certifications, employment papers and other paperwork
- Handling of distrains
- Update of time registration, sickness and vacancy
Main Responsibilities:
- Indemnity of salary payments, incl. on time paying of all tax and social insurance payments
- Conduct of monthly salary payments and refund of travel- and business costs
- Counterpart for social insurance companies, Government and health insurance funds
- Contact person for all questions around salary
- Updating of personnel files
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training (Industrial business management assistance; assistant tax
consultant etc.)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable position
- Skills in German payroll-, social insurance and labour law
- IT experience: MS Office, practical experience with financial software (DATEV, SAGE, Addisson etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Personal skills: team player, diligence, analytic, committed, drive & high integrity
Conditions:
