Quality Engineer, Module

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Claim management (modules, cells, vendors) steering and procedure improvement
• Handling of nonconformities, drive corrective actions & improvement plan
• Installation of Quality Monitoring
• Installation of traceability with subcontractors
• Install and maintain specifications, failure catalogue etc. (network and document)
• Maintain changes and information flow (with cell vendor, module subcontractors)
• Product certifications
• Maintain concept of quality inspections

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support ramp of ITS Halle Cell

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Technical/ Professional:

• Degree in Engineering or Physics
• Experience in Quality Management

Technological:

• Experience in the Solar Module industry is an advantage

General:

• At least 3 years of working experience
• Very good English, speech and writing

 

REQUIRED LEADERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Administrative/managerial:

• Experience to speak with customers and suppliers
• MS-Office, Databases

Executive:

• Team player, Moderation skills

Strategic: 

• Able to define and create a QA-procedures

• Good portion of social skills
• Sense of humor
• Stress consistency
• Good ability to work in a team
• Able to work independently

 

OTHER DEMANDS:

• Quality Auditor certificate is an advantage
