Tellef Thorleifsson, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Thorleifsson (Norwegian) co-founded NorthZone Ventures in 1996, which is now a leading European venture firm with a Nordic stronghold. Mr. Thorleifsson has been instrumental in fund raising and the establishing of NorthZone. He has been active in developing and funding several leading Nordic technology companies.

Helle Moen, Board member

Ms. Moen (Norwegian) works with Investinor, and has experience in starting-up and operating companies in Norway, the United States and Brazil. Ms. Moen is on the Board of Investinor’s Metallkraft, Havgul Clean Energy and GasSecure portfolio companies.

Andre T. Heinz, Board member

Mr. Heinz (American) is co-founder and investment director of Sustainable Technologies Fund. Mr. Heinz has a long history within the field of sustainable development. He began by working for William McDonough Architects on green design, and was a researcher on "Natural Capitalism" under Paul Hawken. He also co-founded and served as Director of International Affairs of the US office of The Natural Step.

Dagmar Vogt, Board member

Ms. Vogt (German) is the founder of Vogt solar GmbH and other companies in the Vogt group. Ms. Vogt is a member of Foundation of the Berlin Solar Network e.V (President), BDI (Panel for Research and Development), and IHK (Panel for international business). She is Trustee of Forschungsverbund Berlin and sits on the European Advisory Board of Semi PV Group.

Håvard Lillebo, Board member

Mr. Lillebo (Norwegian) is Chief Financial Officer and Founder of Innotech Solar. He gained international experience from founding a high-tech Internet advertising company in 2002. As Finance Manager for REC ScanCell, the company grew from a revenue base of Euro 30 mill with 90 employees to Euro 240 mill and 300 employees in 2008.
